At Reema’s Jaipuri Studio, we strive to provide high-quality ethnic wear and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

  • Customized or altered products cannot be returned.

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof for quick resolution.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
